Checking if your lens is right side out
~If the edges of your lens turn out, it is inside out. To correct this, apply a few drops of Solution on your lens and reverse it.

Inserting your Lens
~Close nearby drains.
~Pour the right lens and storage solution from the case into your palm. (It is a good idea to get in the habit of always working with the right lens first to avoid mix-ups).
~Make sure your fingers are clean and dry. (Dry fingers facilitate the handling since soft contact leneses tend to stick to wet fingers.)
~Place the right lens on the tip of your index finger.
~Using the middle finger of your other hand, pull and hold your upper lid so you cannot blink.
~Pull down your lower eyelid, using the middle finger of your inserting hand.
~Look up and place the lens gently on the lower white part of your eye.
~Look down to position the lens correctly.
~Slowly release your eyelid and close your eye for a moment.
~Blink several times to centre the lens on your eye.
~Sometimes, small dust particles trapped behind the lens during its placement can cause discomfort. To remove dust, slide the lens off and then back onto your cornea.
~Insert left lens following the same procedure.

CLEANING AND SOLUTIONS SAFETY TIPS
1)NEVER swap contact lens with another person.
2)Don't wear lenses longer than prescribed, nor when sleeping unless otherwise directed.
3)If eyes become red or irritated, remove the lenses immediately and consult your doctor. Don't try to brave the irritation.
4)Replace contacts as recommended by your eyecare professional because they wear out over time. Throw away disposable lenses after recommended wearing period.
5)** For a 1 year lens, always use protein remover to make sure your lens are in good condition, wash it properly before storing them.. take a good care of your lens, if so, your lens will remain safe for thr whole lens duration..**
6)CRD: Cleanse, Rinse, Disinfect your lenses after removal and before wearing them again. 12)Clean, rinse and air-dry your lens case each time lenses are removed. Contact lens cases can be a source of bacterial growth.

Langkah 2: Keluarkan kanta lekap secara berhati-hati dengan tangan yang bersih dan kering.
Langkah 3: Letakkan kanta lekap dengan tapak tangan anda. Bersihkan dengan cara meletakkan 3-4 titis pembersih penyelesai pelbagai guna(multipurpose solution) terutama di bahagian atas kanta tersebut. Gunakan salah satu jari anda untuk menggosok kanta dengan lembut bersama titisan pencuci tadi.
Langkah 4: Bilaslah kanta lengkap anda dengan titisan pencuci khas yang sama untuk menghilangkan kuman yang terlekat padanya.
Langkah 5: Simpan kanta lekap anda dalam bekas khasnya, pastikan bekas tersebut bersih dan perlulah diganti dengan kerap supaya kuman yang ada pada bekas lama tidak melekat pada kanta lekap anda.
PENJAGAAN KANTA LEKAP
1)After buka botol, rendamkan/soak lens selama 6 jam/ lebih menggunakan solution(multipurpose solution). jangan sesekali menggunakan air paip/air biasa untuk membersihkan lens/lens case. Selepas direndam baru boleh menggunakan lens dengan selamat.
2)Pada penggunaan pertama kali, start dengan 4 hours/jam dulu, and then baru ansur2kan jam pemakaiannya..tambah dlm 2 jam sehari. jika mata anda rase letih atau tidak tahan, perlulah membuka lens itu.jangan memaksa mata anda.rendam lens dlm soltuion water then baru pakai balik.
3)Jika tidak menggunakan lens untuk tempoh yang lama, setiap minggu perlu tukarkan solution water yg digunakan untuk merendam lens di dlm lens case.
4)Pastikan tangan anda dicuci bersih(soap free) dan dilap kering sbelum memegang/menyentuh lens. Jangan sekali2 berkongsi lens dengan org lain..Sangat2 bahaya..
